Co was started under the stewardship of Mr. C.Somashekar, Chairman
and Managing Director of the group, having its head quarters
at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

The group main business are manufacturing of Fine chemicals, Speciality chemicals and Pharma Intermediates and also Importers, Distributors and Stockists of Petrochemicals, Solvents, Industrial Chemicals & Packaging products. The group represents leading big Industrial Houses and MNC's. The group having wide marketing network through branches at Chennai, Cochin, Mumbai, Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) and Kandla port.The group is specialised in manufacturing Pharma Intermedaites and Speciality chemicals based on Hydrogenation process under high pressure, mainly Import substitution products and poised for tremendous growth for the years to come.
